Delete your account & data

You can delete your Red Hat Odyssey account and everything stored with it at any time.

In the app

Open SETTINGS (home screen, or the gear next to the home button in a stage).
Under ACCOUNT, tap DELETE ACCOUNT.
Confirm. Your account, cloud save and leaderboard entries are deleted from our server right away, and the device is reset.

By e-mail

If you no longer have the app, write to help@gogumap.com from the e-mail address you signed in with (or tell us your leaderboard nickname). We delete the data within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.

What is deleted

Your account record (Google/Apple identifier, e-mail address)
Your cloud save (coins, items, progress)
Your leaderboard entries and nickname

Purchases are handled by Apple and Google; their records are kept by them under their own policies. Deleted progress and coins cannot be restored.
